Interwin Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Interwin" or "Platform" refers to the website, services, and all content operating under the interwin.wine domain.
• "Player", "You" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses Interwin's services.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account created by a Player on the Interwin platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) available in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or promotional benefits granted by Interwin to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the total bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Responsible Gaming" refers to the practices and tools provided by Interwin to help Players manage their gambling habits.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the Interwin platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not being on any active self-exclusion list or ban issued by Interwin or any relevant regulatory body.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian phone number. Interwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your IC or passport) at any time for age verification and compliance purposes.

Interwin reserves the right to reject any individual's registration application without providing a reason, at our sole discretion.

3Account Usage & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your interwin account. This includes:

• Ensure your password is strong, unique, and not shared with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on public or shared devices.
• Notify Interwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allowing anyone else to use your account, including immediate family members.

Interwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account. All activity conducted through your account – including bets placed, withdrawals, and information changes – is considered your own action unless you promptly notify us in writing of a security breach.

Interwin employs two-factor authentication (2FA) and automated monitoring for unusual activity to protect our players' accounts. You are advised to enable the additional security features available in your account settings.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Interwin accepts deposits via the following local Malaysia payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. interwin does not accept third-party deposits. Funds received from unverifiable sources will be returned, and the account in question may be suspended pending verification.

5Fund Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:
